Our services

Bifixit offers one-time business launch packages (Launch, Global), an ongoing Operate subscription (VideoForge, PostPilot, Bifix AI, and compliance tools), a pay-as-you-go Nomad credit option, à la carte add-ons, and a digital storefront for selling your own products. Exact deliverables and delivery timelines for each package are listed on that package’s page.

Payments & billing

• One-time packages. Full payment or a 50% deposit (with the remaining 50% due on delivery) is required to begin work.
• Launch package. Includes 14 days of Operate dashboard access. After 14 days, this automatically continues as a paid Operate subscription at $99/month unless you cancel before the first renewal.
• Global package. Includes your first year of Operate at no extra cost. After year one, it automatically continues at $99/month unless you cancel before renewal.
• Operate subscription. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
• Nomad credits. A one-time, pay-as-you-go purchase — not a subscription. Credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire.
• Currency. We display prices in Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) based on your location; USD amounts are calculated at a fixed reference rate (currently $1 = ₦1,500) and may vary slightly from the live market rate at the time of checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and Paystack. We never store your full card or bank details.

Refunds & cancellations

Refund requests for one-time packages are evaluated case-by-case depending on work already completed. Subscription charges (Operate) already billed for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Nomad credit purchases are non-refundable.

Deliverables & ownership

All brand assets, website files, documents, and AI-generated content created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Bifixit retains no ownership claim over your finished deliverables.

Connected social media accounts

PostPilot and VideoForge let you connect third-party accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube) to publish content you generate and approve. By connecting an account, you confirm you have the right to post to it and agree to comply with that platform’s own terms of service (including, for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service). You are responsible for the content you choose to publish. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.

AI-generated content

Business plans, viability reports, social captions, images, and videos generated through Bifix AI, PostPilot, and VideoForge are produced by AI models based on the information you provide. They are guidance to help you act, not a guarantee of business results, revenue, or growth — outcomes depend on your execution, market, and factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bifixit to generate or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

Bifixit provides its services on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues caused by third-party platforms (payment processors or connected social accounts) that are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and the State of Kentucky, USA, as applicable to the entity you are contracting with.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
